"Black Beauty"

In August, 2003 I sold my awesome 1100F and bought an even more awesome 1100--Honda's ST1100. I sold my F on ebay for esactly what it cost me in 2001--$2,000. With my fourth motorcycle I have returned to basic black. My 1994 ST1100 has ABS and Traction Control. New it sold for about $14,000: as a nine year old bike I paid $6,000 for it. While I loved my F, I simply had to get a bike with a windshield.

POINT LOOKOUT This was the day I took temp tags off the bike and put on regular tags. I rode from Baltimore to Annapolis to Bowie to Point Lookout in southern Maryland. It was about a 300 mile ride. Whenever I reach the point of putting two 300 mile days back to back, I'm going to take off for Chicago to see grand kids. (I did it!!)

This motorcycle was sold with virtually no changes from 1991 to 2002. It was changed to a 1300 in 2003.

My F was faster, my F was quicker, but this ST is ooooooh so smooth its a sin.
